Job summary

CU SoCal is seeking a Member Service Officer III, Floater for the Retail Support Team, based in El Monte. The role focuses on staffing coverage across Los Angeles zones and supporting branch operations with an emphasis on member service and procedural documentation.

The position requires driving to multiple branches, with hours Monday–Friday and Saturday as needed. The candidate will help with mergers and special projects while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience with a financial institution in Member/customer service.
• This role requires driving and must meet and maintain the following requirements: a valid CA state driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with minimum 30/60/15 limits; maintain clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Staff across all zones (Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Whittier, and Orange) as needed.
• Assist with staffing needs at the Los Angeles zone including El Monte branch.
• Create, document, and maintain Branch Operations procedures.
• Support mergers or special assignments and ensure accuracy in member servicing.
