CU SoCal is seeking a Member Service Officer I, Floater to join the Retail Support Team in Anaheim. This role will act as a financial advisor and support Branch Operations across the Orange County zone, primarily based at the Anaheim Promenade branch.

The position offers standard member service duties with flexibility to cover multiple branches as staffing needs arise. Applicants should have cash handling and customer service experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience in retail/service.
• 1+ years of member/customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to drive and meet auto insurance/MVR requirements.

Responsabilités

• Process new memberships and share accounts; assist members with policies; handle Debit Card requests.
• Process consumer loan applications and provide loan information.
• Build relationships with members by matching needs to savings, loan, and services; meet sales goals.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve account issues; perform basic IRA and account transactions.
• Provide service in accordance with C.A.R.E. 4 standards and internal policies.
