Job summary

Credit Union of Southern California is seeking a Member Service Officer III, Floater to support the Retail Support Team. The role focuses on staffing across zones (Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Whittier, Orange) and will be based at the Pomona branch.

You will document procedures and assist on mergers or special projects while delivering high-quality member service. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma and 3+ years in a financial institution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience with a financial institution in Member/customer service.
• Valid CA driver's license in good standing with reliable transportation.
• Maintain state liability auto insurance coverage (30/60/15).
• Maintain clean Motor Vehicle Records (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Process new Memberships and related accounts; review documents for accuracy.
• Process consumer loan applications and assist with loan documents.
• Develop relationships with Members to meet savings, lending goals.
• Handle Member inquiries and resolve issues; maintain service standards.
• Provide Notary Public services and train new staff.
