Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment.
• Competitive team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive each day ready to provide unsurpassed customer service to members while maintaining community trust.
• Greet members in person, on the phone, or by email and develop relationships as you serve financial needs.
• Efficiently process routine financial teller transactions for new and existing members.
• Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell financial products and services to meet member needs.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell to increase member satisfaction.
• Provide engaging, personal service and represent FCCU positively to current and prospective members.
