Job summary

MVP Sports Clubs is a community-focused fitness facility operator with five West Michigan locations. The Member Services Team Member delivers exceptional customer service, supports program registrations and billing, and helps maintain a clean, friendly facility.

This on-site role is part-time and includes access to club membership benefits for team members and families. As a frontline contact, you will greet guests, manage reservations, process sales, and stay knowledgeable about all programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.
• First Aid/CPR training; MVP in-house training if not certified.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to stand most of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and staff at the Service Desk.
• Assist members with reservations, program registrations, and billing questions.
• Provide superior customer service in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of all programming, events and facility operations.
• Perform point-of-sale procedures with CSI Software and manage cash drawer.
• Communicate member concerns to the Manager.
• Maintain towel supply and assist with member laundry.
• Keep the facility clean and organized according to schedule.
• Attend regular Service Game training sessions and wear MVP uniform.
