Job summary

Buckeye Valley Family YMCA in Pataskala, OH is seeking an entry-level, part-time Member Services Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, promote memberships and programs, enroll new members, process renewals, and keep the service desk clean and organized. You will handle program registrations, cash handling duties, mail distribution, and light administrative support.

A high school diploma is required; CPR/First Aid/AED and O2 certifications must be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, AED and O2 certifications must be obtained within 90 days.
• Knowledge of membership policies and POS systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and program participants.
• Promote memberships and programs.
• Enroll new members, process renewals, and register program participants.
• Enter registrations into the POS system accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized service desk.
• Distribute mail and provide administrative support as needed.
