Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.
• Notary Public designation required.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other teller transactions with accuracy.
• Assist in opening new memberships, share accounts, and other deposit products.
• Promote Wescom products/services and refer to Mortgage/HELOC when appropriate.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance daily, research discrepancies.
• Provide omni-channel support with mobile/online banking and respond to member inquiries.
