Job summary

YMCA of Boca Raton seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver high-quality service to members and the community. You will greet, assist, and check-in members, handle cash drawers, and promote memberships while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a solid understanding of front desk operations. It is a on-site position with occasional training events and staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist tours and greet members in a friendly manner.
• Reconcile daily cash drawer accurately and securely.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Check-in members and guests at the service desk.
• Promote family membership and program enrollment.
• Maintain a clean, organized service desk and attend open houses.
• Attend staff meetings and follow dress standards.
• Inform supervisor of shift coverage needs when absent.
