Job summary

You’ll analyze benefit issues and assist with enrollment, maintaining confidentiality and accurate data in the EHR. Under the Site Administrator, you will handle demographic updates, collaborate with clinic staff, and ensure compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of AHCCCS application process experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidential information handling.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify clients' insurance benefits and AHCCCS eligibility.
• Analyze benefit issues and advise on course of action.
• Update demographic information in the EHR.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Coordinate with clinic staff under Site Administrator direction.
