Job summary

Alliance Safety Council seeks a diligent Member Service Representative Level I to support the Member Services Department in training clients on our products. Responsibilities include greeting students, scheduling courses, and assisting instructors while maintaining CBT lab security.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and good communication. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; schedule is Mon–Sat with varying days and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have good English grammar and basic computer skills.

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students at the front desk in a professional manner.
• Support registration and employee training processes.
• Operate CBT lab computers and monitor student activity.
