As a Member Services Coordinator, you’ll manage client accounts, foster strong connections, and help clients navigate their risk and capital management needs. This role requires the ability to work a hybrid model out of Phoenix, AZ, ability to travel locally up to 30% for client visits, and obtaining a P&C License sponsored by Gallagher within the First Year of employment.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing client accounts. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, secure existing business, and identify opportunities for additional services. Your day-to-day will involve building trust, leading resources to address client challenges, and ensuring their satisfaction. You’ll also travel occasionally to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
