Gallagher in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Member Services Coordinator to manage client accounts, build trusted relationships, and coordinate services across the risk management spectrum.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in client coordination or claims, plus the ability to travel regionally. A P&C license sponsor is provided within the first year, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and opportunities for growth.

Overview

At Gallagher, the parent company of Risk Program Administrators, we believe in building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service. As a Member Services Coordinator, you’ll manage client accounts, foster strong connections, and help clients navigate their risk and capital management needs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and making a meaningful impact. This role requires the ability to work a hybrid model out of Phoenix, AZ, ability to travel locally up to 30% for client visits, and obtaining a P&C License sponsored by Gallagher within the First Year of employment.

How You'll Make An Impact

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing client accounts. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, secure existing business, and identify opportunities for additional services. Your day-to-day will involve building trust, leading resources to address client challenges, and ensuring their satisfaction. You’ll also travel occasionally to meet clients and strengthen relationships.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client coordination or claims management experience, OR a high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to acquire a valid P&C Producers license sponsored by Gallagher within the First Year and willingness to travel 30-35% of the time across Arizona for Client Visits.
• Ability to work a hybrid model out of Phoenix, AZ - 3 days on site, 2 days WFH.
• Strong communication skills—you can explain complex issues simply and confidently.
• A knack for identifying critical issues and solving problems effectively.
