Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Member Services Representative - Employee Benefits to strengthen relationships with Government entities and deliver exceptional client service. You will work with the sales team, guide Client Service Associates, and support a collaborative environment.

You will engage in open enrollment, coordinate communications, and help ensure smooth renewals while traveling to local client sites up to 25% annually. This role offers a hybrid work model in Rolling Meadows, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; or relevant experience required.
• Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.

Responsibilities

• Support the Employee Benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process and help our team retain business.
• Assist in creation and review of client Benefit Guides—learn Gallagher’s resources to improve efficiency in delivering client materials.
• Coordinate vendor responses, and create client presentations.
• Begin to effectively present in open enrollment meetings, participate on client calls, and reply to clients via email.
• Establish positive relationships in the office and support with administrative tasks as needed.
• Guide junior teammates and support the broader client service team during peak enrollment season.

Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Member Services Representative - Employee Benefits to join our team. This role is all about building strong relationships with clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service supporting Government entities. You’ll work closely with our sales team and guide Client Service Associates to create a collaborative and supportive environment.
