Job summary

Hillwood Country Club is seeking a friendly Member Services Specialist for the front desk. You will greet members and guests, answer calls, manage reservations, and coordinate take-out orders to ensure a welcoming experience.

The position requires excellent communication, a professional appearance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and club management software. Hours are 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Tue–Sat and 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Sundays, with occasional events extending shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as receptionist/server/hostess in upscale hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and club management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and vendors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Answer multi-line phone calls within 3 rings and direct to the appropriate department.
• Provide information about club facilities, services, and events.
• Manage reservations and take-out orders; update records and preferences.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and monitor access and dress code.
• Assist Communications with emails, flyers, and event materials.
• Support with event photography and daily activity reporting.
