Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor.
• Must be able to read, write, and determine wait time based on Woodhill’s procedures.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to effectively balance multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor as they enter the dining area.
• Assess the flow of service and determine when a table can be seated.
• Answer the club phone and maintain Woodhill's standard of professionalism on calls.
• Provide an exceptional member experience and ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
• Support team members to uphold outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
