Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience operating front-end equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve issues at the checkout area.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and guide members on self-service tech.
• Maintain safety and security, including safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Assist with training Frontline Services associates on processes and new tools.
