Job summary

Monarch Recreation Center seeks a Customer Service Team Member to greet patrons, answer questions, and provide facility information. You will process registrations, assist with memberships, and handle payments at the front desk.

Ideal candidates have basic customer service skills, the ability to work evenings/weekends, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 6 months. High school completion or current enrollment is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and enrolled in high school or have completed high school/GED.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle money and use POS systems with accuracy.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR and Standard First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests and provides facility information.
• Processes program registrations and assists with membership sales and updates.
• Handles payments, cash, and balances cash drawer at end of shift.
• Maintains clean, organized lobby and desk spaces.
• Addresses inquiries from callers and forwards as needed.
• Supports special events and other duties as assigned.
• Remains reachable via cell phone for job-related issues or emergencies.
