Job summary

Monarch Recreation Center is seeking a Customer Service Lead to supervise the shift team, guide front-line staff, and ensure smooth operations, accurate cash handling, and high-quality guest service.

You will coordinate with the Customer Service Coordinator and Membership staff, manage check-ins, memberships, and program registrations, and escalate issues as needed while maintaining facility standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service and POS systems.
• Must be at least 16 years old and currently enrolled in high school or have completed high school/GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides shift-level supervision and guidance to Customer Service Team Members.
• Oversees check-in, memberships, phone support, POS transactions, and program registrations.
• Assigns tasks, monitors performance, and coaches staff during shifts to ensure service standards.
