Qualifications

• Entry level call center experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn Valley’s products and services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with accuracy and courtesy.
• Process member transactions with minimal errors.
• Provide high-quality service and resolve issues to ensure member satisfaction.
• Cross-train and support card services as needed.
