Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Notary Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new memberships and subsidiary accounts, including depository and retirement accounts.
• Assess member loan needs from start to finish and follow up on loans.
• Cross-sell products within established guidelines.
• Perform account maintenance: transfers, ownership changes, renewals.
• Handle basic teller transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments.
• Answer questions and resolve problems on products/services.
• Participate in product and service promotions.
• Meet requirements to become a Notary Public.
• Ensure compliance with BSA-AML and related regulations.
• Attend SEG visits or host a table at SEG locations.
• Act as backup for other branch positions and fill in at other branch locations as needed.
