Mirastar Federal Credit Union is seeking a Lead Financial Services Representative to act as a primary float resource across branch locations in California. The role covers member transactions, service and operational duties, and leadership to branch staff.

Flexibility to cover San Jose and Gilroy areas is required, with emphasis on compliance, notary readiness, and promoting products. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma with 2–3 years of related experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 2–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new membership and subsidiary accounts with various ownerships.
• Assess loan needs from start to finish and process applications.
• Cross-sell products within guidelines.
• Perform basic teller functions and handle deposits and withdrawals.
• Resolve member questions and issues; provide escalation support.
• Lead and train branch staff; support operations and training.
• Monitor workflow to meet service level agreements and schedule lunches/breaks.
• Assist with branch controls, audits, and inventory management.
• Participate in promotions and notary duties; ensure BSA/AML compliance.
