Job summary

Mirastar FCU in San Jose, CA seeks a Senior Financial Services Representative to handle member transactions, support service and operations, and provide leadership across the branch.

You will communicate with members in person, by phone, and digitally, ensure quality control and regulatory compliance, assist with loan processing and account maintenance, and mentor staff to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open new membership and subsidiary accounts, including all types of depository and account ownerships.
• Assess member loan needs from start to finish, including application submission and follow-up.
• Cross-sell products and services within guidelines.
• Perform account maintenance activities, including closings and transfers.
• Perform basic teller functions and process deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Provide leadership and support to staff in handling member transactions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
