Oshkosh Y is seeking energetic, positive team members to welcome members, validate memberships, enroll new members, and assist with program registrations. The Welcome Desk staff provide support to members and staff, fostering a friendly, informative environment in the building.

CPR/AED certification is provided and must be completed within 90 days of hire. Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule from 4:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with opportunities to grow in a professional, supportive setting.

• Customer service experience is helpful, but a friendly, dependable approach and a willingness to learn are just as important.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, computer, and communication skills will help you succeed in this role.
