Qualifications

• Ability to process high volume of transactions quickly and accurately.
• Proficient in PC and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate service processing mail transactions including deposits and loan payments.
• Process member deposits via Remote Deposit Capture and scanners.
• Respond to member inquiries by mail, email, or phone regarding account transactions.
• Update member addresses across accounts and in the Bill Pay system.
• Stay informed on Apple FCU products, policies, and training requirements.
• Follow security policies and report suspicious activity.
• Distribute non-teller mail to relevant departments.
• Back up Research and Records Generalists as needed.
