Job summary

State Employees’ Credit Union is seeking an entry‑level Associate MSO to build foundational knowledge of branch operations. You will perform routine duties and deliver exemplary member service in person and by phone, while beginning training in lending and collections.

You will learn cash handling, handle inquiries, and support other departments to fulfill member requests, with emphasis on confidentiality and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to handle member inquiries professionally.
• Basic familiarity with branch operations and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and via digital channels.
• Assist with cash drawer balance and routine account activity.
• Obtain Notary Public services as requested by management.
• Process wire transfers and currency handling under supervision.
• Support other departments to fulfill member requests and ensure confidentiality.
