Job summary

Parke County REMC in Rockville, IN is seeking a friendly and organized Member Services Associate to warmly greet members, answer questions, and process payments.

You will handle account inquiries, assist with billing, and help direct members to the right resources while contributing to a cooperative culture that values service, safety, and respect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in this position or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

In this role, you'll welcome and assist members and visitors at our walk-in and drive-thru window. You'll provide excellent service to our members, assist with account and billing questions, process payments, answer incoming calls, and help connect members with the right resources. You'll make a positive difference in our members' experience.

Office Hours:

Monday- Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Hourly Position :

$18 - $21/ hour depending on experience
