Job summary

• Process member transactions and cross-sell products/services as appropriate.
• Respond to emails and chats the same day; assist with online applications.
• Maintain knowledge of Triangle Credit Union products and services.
• Meet annual sales goals while protecting member privacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
