The Auto Club Group seeks a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote AAA products, handle inquiries, and drive member satisfaction in an in-office Portage, MI branch.

You’ll balance cash handling, support sales efforts, and assist with daily branch operations while delivering friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and workplace technology used in customer service.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance promotions, provide travel information, and conduct outbound calls for insurance/travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, refer complex questions to senior staff as needed.
• Process payments for policies and products, handle remittance/depository transfers, and balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and support branch goals.
