Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative at our Portage/Michigan area branch. You will welcome members, promote memberships and travel products, handle payments, and support the sales team through relationship-building and proactive service.

The role is full-time, in-office, with Monday–Friday hours and potential rotating Saturdays. You will contribute to member satisfaction, drive sales, and support branch goals while growing your career within AAA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance information, and conduct outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff when appropriate.
• Process payments for policies, products, and travel money items while balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods.
