AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to join our Grand Rapids SE Branch Office. This onsite, full-time role focuses on welcoming members and promoting products while driving satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and basic workplace technology.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff or management when appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
