ALLEGIANCE CREDIT UNION in Edmond is seeking a Full-Time Member Specialist for the Edmond Branch. You will deliver exceptional member service across telephone, online, video, lobby, drive-thru, and in-person teller channels, handling daily financial transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

You will assist with new accounts (shares, IRAs, certificates), explain options, prepare documents, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Provide professional assistance across channels and accurately process financial transactions.
Balance cash drawer and daily activity per procedures.
Assist with new accounts incl. IRAs and certificates; ensure accuracy.
Counsel and promote credit union products to meet member needs.

Responsibilities

55% Provides professional and courteous assistance to members across telephone, online, video, and in-person service channels while accurately processing member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, money orders, and VISA gift cards.
Maintains responsibility for balancing the cash drawer and daily transaction activity in accordance with established procedures.
25% Conducts new account functions, including share, share draft, IRAs and certificates; explains various account and ownership options, providing the necessary counseling to meet member's needs and obtains the required information and documentation.
20% Identify members’ needs and promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
