The role focuses on delivering excellent member service across channels, handling transactions, and supporting account maintenance. Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments; opening accounts, counseling on options, and ensuring documents are complete.

Qualifications

• Provide member service across multiple channels with accurate handling of transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and monitor daily transaction activity.
• Assist with opening and maintaining accounts (shares, IRAs, certificates) and collect required documentation.
• Identify member needs and promote credit union products and services.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act and OFAC policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional, courteous assistance to members across telephone, online, video, and in-person channels while processing transactions.
• Maintains responsibility for balancing the cash drawer and daily transaction activity per procedures.
• Conducts new account functions, explains options, and ensures accurate documentation and compliance.
• Identifies member needs and cross-sells relevant products and services.
• Complies with company policies and applicable laws; performs other duties as assigned.
