Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more of customer service.
• Credit Union experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine member service transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
• Answer member inquiries and resolve requests.
• Provide account information regarding status and balances.
• Follow internal security procedures for member identification.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
