Job summary

United Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to deliver quality member service, process counter transactions accurately, and meet sales referral goals for Credit Union products. You will handle branch cash and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the branch, balancing cash drawers, and performing account maintenance while adhering to banking regulations and delivering a positive member experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year cash handling.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience.
• Sales or referral experience with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Complete members' transactions at the teller window with accuracy, timeliness, courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Meet established sales referral goals as assigned by Branch Manager.
• Open and close the branch and perform general account maintenance; balance cash drawer and related tasks.
