Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Teller (Member Service Representative I) to provide world-class service to members and assist with account information and transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a customer-first approach in a high-volume environment.

The position offers 30 scheduled weekly hours with a pay range of $22.33 to $32.38 per hour. Prior experience is not required, and growth opportunities exist within the member services team at SchoolsFirst FCU in

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Less than 1 year of prior related experience required.
Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

Provides World Class Member service by accurately completing transactions and providing account information to Members.
Delivers World Class face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance.
Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services or refers Members to the appropriate team member to assess the Member's needs and gain agreement.
Processes Member transactions efficiently and accurately with personal care.
Contributes to the departmental goals by processing high volume with a sense of urgency.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
