Job summary

SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union seeks a Teller Temp (Member Service Representative I) to deliver world-class service to Members and handle account transactions. Responsibilities

• Delivers World Class face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance.
• Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services or refers Members to the appropriate team member to assess the Member's needs.
• Processes Member transactions efficiently and accurately with personal care.
• Complies with regulatory requirements including BSA regulations and training.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
