Job summary

Financial Plus Credit Union is seeking a Teller in the Member Service department to provide exceptional, high-quality service and process routine transactions face-to-face and via drive-thru, while meeting sales and operational goals.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with Symitar; salary range $19-$22 per hour for a 38-hour week, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalency or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and relevant systems.
• Must be bondable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to internal policies and external regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide deposits, withdrawals, and other teller transactions with excellent customer service.
• Explain, promote, and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Follow cash handling procedures and understand policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect negotiables and records.
• Train new hires and support teller team as needed.
• Respond to member requests and direct to proper personnel.
