Job summary

Financial Plus Credit Union is seeking a Teller to deliver high-quality service at our Member Service location. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions while maintaining accuracy and security.

As a team member in a fast-paced environment, you will promote credit union products and services, balance cash drawers, and support back-office processes. Familiarity with Symitar and Microsoft 365 is a plus; bonding and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalency or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Must be bondable and able to pass compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Bank Teller will complete deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions while providing excellent customer service to all customers.
• Explain, promote, and cross sell the products and services the Credit Union offers.
• Balance cash drawer, coin, currency and checks to source documents and the Reliance totals at the end of each shift.
• Be proficient in using the Symitar system and handle cash recycler and ATMs.
• Respond to members’ requests, problems and complaints with professional, friendly service.
• Train new hires to perform proper teller duties when needed.
