Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments)
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain understanding of credit union products and services
• Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance and internal controls
• Perform other duties as assigned
