Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform teller functions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist members with account transactions in person, over the phone, by email, etc.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, and other cash transactions.
• Cross-sell credit union services when appropriate.
• Maintain privacy and security of member information.
• Balance daily transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide friendly member service and resolve questions.
