Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a part-time teller to serve members with accurate transactions and friendly service at our branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, and educate members on our banking services while maintaining security and compliance.

The role requires prior cash handling, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with shifts including weekends. This position is non-exempt hourly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail experience preferred.
• Previous experience working directly with the public.
• Flexibility to support other branches based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform member banking transactions with accuracy.
• Educate members on banking services and products.
• Manage deposits, withdrawals, and cash checks.
• Enter transactions in the bank system and provide receipts.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain branch security procedures.
