Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Minimum one year experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail experience preferred.
• Previous experience working directly with the public.
• Flexibility to support other branches based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Wellby Core Values daily and provide exceptional member experiences.
• Engage members in the branch, manage lobby flow, and schedule appointments.
• Identify member financial needs and suggest suitable banking solutions.
• Promote online banking and mobile app usage to members.
• Cash checks and disburse funds after verification of signatures and funds.
• Accept deposits and verify transaction accuracy.
• Issue cashier's checks, money orders, and related banking instruments.
• Enter transactions and provide member receipts; balance cash drawers at shift end.
• Maintain branch security and handle sensitive documents in a safe area.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Wellby policies, including reports as required.
