• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with members through conversations and exceptional service.
• Assist members with consumer lending needs and loan processes.
• Open, maintain, and service deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve account issues and provide effective problem resolution.
• Educate members on financial products, lending options, and services.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that fit member needs.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
