Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union in Appleton is seeking a Part-Time Teller (20 hours/week) at our Calumet Street branch. The Teller greets members, processes transactions, and assists with account maintenance while delivering friendly, accurate service.

Ideal candidates bring 1–12 months of cash-handling or teller experience, knowledge of credit union products, excellent attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1–12 months of related experience is a plus.
• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
• Process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assist members with problem resolution.
• Build member relationships by uncovering needs, educating on products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate.

We currently have a career opportunity at our Calumet Street branch in Appleton for a Part-Time Teller (20 hours/week)!

The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution.

The primary responsibilities of the Teller role include but are not limited to:

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values


• Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution


• Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate

Candidates for the Teller position should possess:

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus


• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred


• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus


• Excellent attention to detail


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays


• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required
