Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, public facing customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members in a branch environment.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist members with account maintenance and service requests.
• Identify member needs and recommend banking products and services.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer members to mortgage, insurance, and investment specialists when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, security procedures, and credit union policies.
• Participate in training, branch initiatives, and team projects.
