Job summary

Financial Staffing Resources, Ltd. is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative/Teller in Irving, TX. You will be the first point of contact for members, delivering accurate, efficient service while building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing cash, cross-selling beneficial products, answering questions, and providing a welcoming service experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to six months of cash handling, teller, retail banking, customer service, or related experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable cross selling products and services that genuinely benefit members.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong math, computer, and keyboarding skills.

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Balance your cash drawer and maintain accurate daily transactions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet members' financial needs.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to member questions, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Welcome members and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
• Assist with administrative duties including scanning, filing, data entry, and other support tasks.
