Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is hiring a Member Service Specialist (Teller/Customer Service) for the South Dixie Branch in Florida. You will assist members with deposits, loans, and new account processing, assess their needs, and recommend SCCU products to meet those needs.

The role includes balancing cash, handling transactions, and providing complete member service, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Bilingual fluency English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, loans, and new accounts processing.
• Assess member needs and recommend SCCU products to meet those needs.
• Periodically serves as floor manager to direct members to appropriate information sources.
• Performs transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and sale of monetary instruments.
• Balances cash and daily work to ensure account integrity.
