Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) welcomes you to join our Homestead Branch as a Member Service Specialist (Teller/Customer Service). You will assist members with deposits, loans, and account processing, and offer tailored SCCU product recommendations to meet needs.

You will balance cash, handle various transactions, and help maintain smooth lobby flow while delivering friendly, member-focused service. SCCU emphasizes growth, training, and internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and basic transactions.
• Process loans and new accounts and provide tailored recommendations.
• Refer SCCU products and services to meet member needs.
• Occasionally serve as floor manager to guide member flow and reduce wait times.
• Balance cash and monetary instruments and ensure accuracy of daily work.
