Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, loans, and new account processing.
• Assess member needs and recommend SCCU products.
• Resolve issues efficiently.
• Balance cash and daily transactions.
• Provide excellent service and meet sales/service goals.
• Serve as floor manager to direct members to information sources.
