Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of prior cash handling or service-oriented experience.
• 6+ months as MSS I or teller at Golden 1 or another financial institution preferred

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and maintain a cash drawer.
• Provide Golden 1 services to members, including cashier’s checks, money orders, wire transfers, and debit card issuance.
• Identify member needs and document opportunities for product/service improvements in EnAct.
• Maintain confidentiality of member and credit union information.
• Open deposit and specialty accounts (e.g., Roth IRA) and offer meaningful financial solutions to members.
